Booking and
payment
Conditions:
You can book a tour after
contacting us at info@chakanatours.com. We can only accept online
bookings. We will
inform you of availability and prices. We will email you an invoice with
the final prices. Only when we have received an advance payment of 30% of
the total amount due, at the latest 10 days before departure of the tour,
the reservation is confirmed. This amount is non refundable. The final payment must be paid on arrival in
Peru..
Method of Payment:
By Western Union.Details are given with the invoice
Cancellations by Chakana Tours:
Chakana Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour if there
are justified reasons.
In this
case Chakana Tours will inform the passenger , 30 days prior to the
departure of the Tour and the deposit will be
refunded.
General
Airport
taxes, passport and visa fees are not included in this invoice. Valid
passport is required for travel in the country of destination and
depending on your nationality a tourist visa may be required. Vaccinations
may be required, especially if traveling to the Amazon region. Please
check with your local Center for Disease Control and
Prevention.
Chakana Tours assumes no responsibility if
client is refused entry into a country. Conditions are subject to change
without notice. We reserve the right to vary itineraries or substitute
hotels of similar standard if circumstances beyond our control make these
necessary.
Personal travel insurance which
covers the total period of the tour is obligatory. In case of a
trekking tour, trekking above 3000m should be included in the
policy.
Chakana Tours is not liable whatsoever for any claim
arising out of or in connection with these tours, nor is it liable for
loss of, or damage or injury to property, or injury to person caused by
reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission by any
transportation company, hotel, agency or any other cause beyond its
reasonable control. Chakana Tours can not except responsibility for
losses or additional expenses due to delays, sickness, weather, strikes,
riots or other causes.
We reserve the right to refuse, accept or retain any
person as a member of one of our
tours. |
